Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with all original packaging.
Include proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Repairs
If your item develops a fault due to workmanship, please contact us before returning it. We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
We also provide a professional repair service for damage caused by normal wear and tear or accidental use. If your item needs repairing, please email us with photos and a brief description, and we will provide a repair assessment and quote where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
